Every cartridge box has a model number printed on it, usually on a side label or under the barcode, but the exact spot varies by brand. Here's where to look on some of the most common ones:

On the quote form, choose the Upload Photos tab and snap a clear picture of each cartridge or the sealed box, showing the model number and condition. We accept JPG, PNG, BMP, HEIC, HEVC, MP4, and MOV at up to 10 MB per file and up to 20 files per quote. If the upload isn't working in your browser, try a different browser or email the photos directly to info@tonerconnect.net.

We buy a wider range than what's pre-listed in the quote form, including drums, fuser kits, maintenance kits, transfer belts, and many less-common SKUs across all 14 OEM brands. If you can't find your model, use the Upload Photos tab and we'll identify it from the photo, or email info@tonerconnect.net with the model number and a photo of the box.

No minimum and no maximum. We buy single cartridges, and we buy full-pallet closeouts. The same free insured prepaid label applies either way.

The offer total covers everything on that quote, not a single item. For a per-item breakdown, your offer page lists each cartridge with its individual price. If you think a quantity is off, reply with your order number, and we'll review and update your offer.

Payouts vary based on the brand, model, condition, and quantity of your toner cartridges. Most orders range from $500 to $10,000, and select high-demand cartridges can pay up to $400 each. For an accurate valuation, submit a free quote request. We respond within 60 minutes during business hours.

We provide the prepaid shipping labels (as many as you need), but not the boxes. You can pick up low-cost shipping boxes from Lowe's or Home Depot, or simply reuse any Amazon or Walmart boxes you have on hand.

A few simple steps will keep your items safe in transit:

1. Line the box with bubble wrap, packing paper, or other protective material.
2. Stack your cartridges and imaging supplies in the box, then cover them with more protective material.
3. Seal the box carefully with packing tape.
4. Overbox when possible. Place your sealed box inside a second box and fill any empty space with protective material.

Packing well ensures your products arrive safely and in the same condition they were sent.

No, please leave all labels and tape on your product boxes. Our team will remove them at the Toner Connect warehouse to avoid damaging the boxes.

Once you accept your offer, you can create and print as many free prepaid UPS shipping labels as needed from your online account. Just print your label, tape it to the outer shipping box, and drop your package off at any UPS location.

No. Shipping is always free, in both directions. When you accept the offer, we email a prepaid UPS label, insured up to $125 at no cost. If any items don't qualify or you change your mind, return shipping is on us too.

Every shipment is insured up to $125 free. If your package is lost or damaged in transit, contact us at info@tonerconnect.net or (833) 866-3703. We handle the carrier claim with UPS on your behalf. You don't need to file with the carrier yourself.

Yes to both.

Extra items: Anything you add to the box that wasn't on your original quote still gets paid out at our current rate. We always pay for extras.

Combining orders: You're welcome to ship multiple orders in a single box. Just include all of the Order Forms in the box so we know which orders to apply your credit to.

A B condition (Good) box has minor cosmetic wear, such as small tears, dents, writing, labels, dust, or light shelf wear. These cartridges are accepted at a slightly reduced rate compared to A condition items.

A C condition (Bad) box has significant damage, such as large tears, holes, heavy dents, or excessive tape. These cartridges are accepted at a reduced rate compared to B condition items.

The holographic sticker on an OEM cartridge box is the manufacturer's authenticity mark. If it's missing (peeled off, scratched, written-over, or torn), we can't verify the cartridge as OEM, and it won't qualify for payment.

When your package arrives, our team checks each cartridge against your quote, verifies the factory seal and holographic authenticity, and documents condition with photo and/or video proof.

Inspection typically completes within 1 business day of when we receive your package, and payment goes out the same day the inspection finishes. From the moment UPS shows your package as delivered, plan on 1 business day for inspection and payout. We're closed weekends, so packages delivered Friday afternoon are usually wrapped up by Monday.

Every cartridge is documented with photos and/or video during inspection, so any adjustment to your offer is fully visible to you. The most common reasons an item doesn't qualify are: the cartridge turns out to be remanufactured or compatible (not OEM), refilled, opened or used, empty, or, for inkjet, past its expiration date.

We offer four payout options: Zelle, Cash App, Physical Check, and Digital Check. You pick at quote acceptance and can change it before processing. All four are free, with no transaction fees deducted from your payout.

Payouts are processed within 1 business day of receiving your shipment. Zelle and Cash App arrive the same day we pay. Digital Check arrives by email the same day. Paper checks are mailed within 1 business day and can take 7–10 days to arrive via USPS Regular Mail.

No. All four payout methods are free: Zelle, Cash App, Physical Check, and Digital Check. We never deduct a transaction fee from your payout, so you keep the full offer amount.

Yes. You can change your payout method anytime before your order is inspected.

To update it, log in to your account, go to Profile > Payout Information, click Change, then select an existing payout method or add a new one.

Send us your order number or the email address on the quote and we'll track it down right away. Payouts go out the same day inspection completes; if a payout was already released, we can confirm the method, date, and reference number so you can check the receiving account. We actively monitor for fraudulent activity, including counterfeit cartridges misrepresented as OEM and suspected stolen goods. Confirmed fraud may result in account suspension, payment reversal, and, when appropriate, referral to law enforcement. Every inspection is documented with photo and/or video evidence to provide a clear record for both parties.

If any items don't pass inspection, we'll notify you with photo and/or video documentation for each one. You can choose to have the non-accepted items returned at no cost or recycled on your behalf. We'll still pay you for all accepted items as promised.

Toner Connect serves all 50 U.S. states. We do not currently buy from U.S. territories, U.S. military APO/FPO addresses, or any address outside the United States.

Yes. Orders can be canceled anytime before we receive your package. Email info@tonerconnect.net with your order number and 'cancel' in the subject, or reply to your order-confirmation email. If you've already shipped and need to cancel, call us right away at (833) 866-3703 so we can flag it before inspection starts.

Log in to your account and open your order to view real-time tracking updates. With our UPS integration, you can track your shipment every step of the way, including when it's in transit, delivered, under inspection, and when your payout has been processed.

Yes. Quotes do expire because toner prices shift with each OEM refresh, but we can almost always reissue. Email info@tonerconnect.net with your order or quote number and we'll either reactivate the original offer or generate a fresh one at current market rates.
